Reporting and Feedback

Field reporting that builds better site leadership.

Set2Build turns six carefully selected daily reports into a rhythm of feedback, reinforcement, and continuous improvement.

Not another safety app

Set2Build is built around cultural change, not incident logging.

Many safety applications focus on hazards, checklists, forms, audits, or compliance documentation. Set2Build focuses on a different layer: the daily management behaviors that help safety culture become real on a construction site.

The report-feedback-improvement loop supports the softer, harder-to-change parts of a site manager's work: engaging workers in responsibility for safety, strengthening confidence and self-respect, creating cooperation, improving communication and body language, reinforcing positive behavior, and keeping awareness alive through daily routines.

Behavior before paperwork

The system makes leadership habits visible so they can be reinforced and improved.

Feedback before dashboards

Reports are valuable because they create guidance for the next routine, not only a data trail.

Culture before compliance

The goal is a change in habits, mindset, and field leadership, supported by a clear operating frame.

Six reports

Daily reporting becomes a focused operating rhythm.

Set2Build is built around six reports, carefully selected to touch some of the most difficult behavior changes for construction managers.

A clear frame for change

The six reports create a shared structure for preparation, communication, worker involvement, risk awareness, corrective action, and routine reinforcement.

Visual evidence from the field

Reports are based on real field capture, helping managers see how routines are being carried out rather than relying only on written declarations.

Participation, not paperwork

The goal is to make the desired routine visible, repeatable, and part of the daily rhythm of the site.

Feedback loop

Measurement only matters when it leads to guidance.

Daily measurement creates commitment, but commitment fades if people only submit reports and never receive meaningful response. Set2Build is built around a feedback loop: report, review, feedback, and improvement in the next routine.

Personal feedback

Feedback helps the person who reported understand what was strong, what needs improvement, and how to perform better next time.

Soft skills made visible

The loop supports worker engagement, cooperation, body language, awareness routines, and the manager's ability to strengthen the team.

Continuous improvement

The system is designed to create small, repeated improvements over time rather than one-time awareness campaigns.

Method foundation

Supporting a cultural-change program active in Israel since early 2020.

These routines are part of a program operated in Israel since the beginning of 2020 under the name Safety Stars Program. Set2Build supports the cultural change this kind of program requires: changing habits, changing perception, and giving managers a clear framework for effective leadership.

The reporting framework creates structure. The outputs of reporting enable leadership: toward field teams through feedback and reinforcement, and toward company management through a clearer picture of how the method is living across sites.

Management visibility

A clearer picture of how routines live across sites.

When reporting becomes consistent, leadership gains a different kind of visibility. The question is no longer only whether a policy exists, but whether the policy is showing up in site behavior, communication, preparation, and worker involvement.

Site-level awareness

Project and site managers can see participation patterns, routine quality, and areas that need follow-up.

Company-level learning

Aggregated reporting can help companies understand where standards are being embedded and where support is still needed.

Better conversations

Instead of relying on impressions, leaders can discuss field behavior through a shared, visible operating language.

Deployment foundation

Currently Hebrew-first, designed for multilingual expansion.

Set2Build is currently operated in Hebrew in Israel. The product architecture is intended for multilingual deployment, with interface localization and market adaptation becoming part of future expansion.

Language flexibility

The platform is designed so the interface and content can be localized for additional languages as the product expands.

Method-led routines

The current product is built around six defined reports, selected from the field method rather than configured from scratch by each company.

Structured data separation

The system is built around company-specific boundaries so each organization's data, users, and reporting flow remain separate.

Operational deployment

The product can be introduced gradually, starting with the reporting and feedback loop and expanding as the company's operating model matures.
